Greeters
As greeters, we strive to inspire true worship by giving worshipers a first and lasting positive impression of the church and their decisions to attend church services. Usher
As ushers, we facilitate and provide assistance to Pastor and congregation so that worship service can remain orderly and focused on God. We are doorkeepers. We greet worshippers with a smile and in a professional, courteous manner at all times. Contact ushers@mtzlife.com
Prayer & Fasting
Our focus is to educate the Mount Zion
family on the importance of spiritual humility through abstaining from desires that might keep us from hearing the Most High God when He speaks to us. Contact Pam Soward, prayerfasting@mtzlife.com.
Security
We assist in case of an emergency and alert the proper authority. We provide protection to all people attending church services and special events. We Stand watch during services and special events to ensure the safest possible environment. Contact Rashied Atlas, security@mtzlife.com.
Young Adults (C.R.E.W.)
We teach biblical truths and provide real-life applications of these truths to young adults in an atmosphere of fun, fellowship, service, and a Christian family. It is further our mission to nurture our youth not only in biblical truths but to also provide guidance and support for day-to-day life experiences. Youth (middle & high school)

Children
Our ministry works with preschool through 5th grade. We introduce Christ to all children through ongoing Christian service, spiritual leadership, teaching, training and nurturing.

Health
Our focus is to promote and provide resources and care for the emotional, physical, and spiritual life of the congregation, as well as the community. We promote a safe and effective emergency response to the Pastor and congregation until appropriate medical

Women
Our focus is to minister to the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of all women. Also, to provide a non-threatening atmosphere of Love, Trust and Peace, where women can share, encourage, pray and minister to one another. We meet every 4th Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM. Men
This is an opportunity for men to be taught by men, to be enlightened, honest, and open. Our goal is to provide the guidance we need to be more effective change agents for God’s mission and vision for Mount Zion. We meet every second Saturday morning from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM. Missions
