Our Deacon Ministry attends to the needs of the Mt. Zion family by dividing the congregation into zip codes to ensure that all members are served by deacons who will reach out to them for prayer, Communion, grief support, hospital, and other illness visitation, and other duties as determined by the Pastor. Mt. Zion’s Deacons’ Ministry exists in accordance with the mandate of the Bible to assist the Pastor in the spiritual mission of the church.
